Unstable SMP may collect or receive information needed to operate the website, server, Discord support, store support, voting links, and community resources.

This can include Minecraft usernames, Discord usernames or IDs, support messages, order references, connection details, device or browser information, screenshots, and messages you choose to send us.

Payment and checkout details may be handled by external providers such as Tebex and payment processors. Unstable SMP does not need full payment card details to provide public server information or support.

We use this information to provide support, investigate rule issues, process store questions, protect the server, improve public resources, and respond to user requests.
