By using the Unstable SMP website, Minecraft server, Discord, store, or linked community resources, you agree to follow the posted rules and any moderation decisions needed to protect the server and players.

Digital products, ranks, perks, and in-game items are provided for use on Unstable SMP only. They have no cash value, are not withdrawable, are not exchangeable for money, and are not stored-value products.

Purchases may be handled through the official store and payment providers such as Tebex. Players are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and keeping order information accurate.

Access to the server, Discord, ranks, perks, or community features may be limited or removed for cheating, exploits, abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, harassment, impersonation, scams, or rule violations.
