Before asking for help

For connection help, confirm the server address first. Java players use unstable.net. Bedrock players use unstable.net with port 19132. The join guide has the full Java and Bedrock steps.

For store or account questions, include the Minecraft username, what happened, and any safe order reference you have. You can also email support@unstable.net.

For moderation questions, use the appropriate Discord support or appeal channel.

The official Discord is discord.gg/unstablepublic. Use it for support, announcements, events, appeals, rules updates, voting links, and community questions.

Do not post payment details, passwords, or private account information in public channels.
