Purchases are digital products for the Unstable SMP Minecraft server. All purchases are final except verified fraud or unauthorized payment.

For account, delivery, or payment issues, contact support through the official Discord or support page.

Digital items are delivered for use on Unstable SMP only. They do not represent cash, stored value, prepaid value, wallet balance, gift-card value, or a right to exchange items for money.

If a delivery issue occurs, provide the Minecraft username, order reference, and a short description of the problem through support. Chargebacks, payment abuse, or false claims may result in store and server restrictions.
